Are you an artist with ties to Summerville or the Kingston Peninsula?

The Summerville Art Festival is a curated, professionally produced art show that aims to celebrate the beauty of our region and the quality of the art it inspires. For artists, it presents a unique opportunity to encounter a new audience and patrons in a rural, community-supported setting. It is a rewarding way for artists to spend a summer day.

Artists will enjoy…
  • 75% of the total proceedings from the sale of their work. 25% will be retained to cover the cost of the festival. A small fee of $125 is required to participate in the Festival, which will be applied towards the 25%.
  • Publicity through an extensive media relations and marketing campaign promoting the festival and its featured artists.
  • A unique exhibit space to display art. Ideally, and weather permitting, your art will be presented al fresco in the gardens and on the beaches of Summerville. If weather threatens, it will be presented indoors in lovely private homes.
  • A dedicated festival volunteer will assist you with exhibition set-up and tear-down.
  • Your profile and images of your work will reside on the Festival website year round.
  • A great day for networking with fellow artists, hosts and volunteers – including a post-festival BBQ.
